Figures in a Square before a Cathedral
Circle of Michael Neher, 19th century
A painter in the circle of the Munich architectural painter Michael Neher painted townspeople in the square before a great Gothic church. It has been suggested that the church is Ulm Minster before its tower was finished in 1890. When complete, the tower reached 161.5 meters, the tallest church tower in the world.
